Living in Seattle has been amazing and we are lucky to have an amazing football team here that inspired todays cocktail. I created this chili and pineapple Margarita and paired it with the ultimate party food; nachos! Take your next game day party up a notch with a Spicy Seahawks Margarita and loaded nachos to match!

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of tequila
- 2 ounces of pineapple juice
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- 1/2 ounce of chili simple syrup
- salt for rimming the glass
- 1/2 cup of ice
Garnish: Pineapple slice and whole chili
Instructions:
- Add tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, chili simple syrup and ice to a cocktail shaker
- Rim serving glass with salt
- Shake then pour into serving glass
Triple Decker Nachos
Ingredients:
- 2 x 13 ounces bags of tortilla chips (you may have some leftovers for a snack later)
- 1 pound of cooked and seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken (or both for the hardcore version)
- 1 pound of cooked and chopped bacon (this is optional and is for the hardcore version)
- 1 can of black beans drained and cooked with some coconut milk and spices (feel free to improvise here with your favorite seasonings also this is my secret for cooking beans – the coconut milk)
- 2 cups of shredded cheese of your choice
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
- 1 medium red onion, chopped
- 1-2 deseeded jalapeño peppers, chopped (this optional depending on how much heat you like)
- Other toppings include: salsa, Valentina Hot Sauce, sour cream, black olives, cilantro and guacamole
Method:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with foil
- Spread 1/3 of the tortilla chips on the baking sheet
- Add 1/3 of the meat, bacon, black beans, shredded cheese, cherry tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño and black olives
- Repeat this 2 more times and maybe 3 depending on the amount of toppings you have
- Bake for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is melted
- Use a spatula and serve nachos in squares like you would serve lasagna or other method lol
- Let guests garnish with salsa, Valentina Hot Sauce, sour cream, black olives, cilantro and guacamole
- Enjoy!
