50ml Silent Pool Gin
25ml mulled wine cordial
Stir all ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with redcurrants, icing sugar and tinsel.

25ml Mozart Dry Chocolate Liqueur
50ml single cream
15ml gomme syrup
Shake all ingredients together with cubed ice and double strain into a chilled coupette glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg and chocolate on top.
Low ABV
15ml Silent Pool Gin
5ml sugar syrup
125ml sparkling tea
10ml Merlet Creme de Cassis Liqueur
Build all ingredients apart from cassis, in a highball over cubed ice and stir to combine. Garnish by floating cassis liqueur on top.
