Cheers to Gin and Cheers to Friday. I am ending the week with this lovely slightly green boozy beverage. This will really give you a head start on St. Patricks Day celebrations! The grapefruit and mint make this drink so divine and so good. Start you weekend off right with this boozy minty gem!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of gin
- ½ grapefruit, juiced
- 2 teaspoons agave
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 4 mint leaves
Garnish: 1 big ice cube and mint leaf
Instructions:
- In a blender combine gin, grapefruit juice, agave, lemon juice, and mint leaves
- Blend then pour mixture over big ice cube
- Garnish with mint leaf
