This drink is more like a liquid dessert. I don’t do dessert so I am all about a fun cocktail to end the night. Also, these are really easy to make. One scoop of sherbet, blueberries, pomegranate seeds, and rosé champagne. Just scoop, pour, and enjoy! I served these at the last girl’s night I hosted and they were a hit! It’s fun, sweet, and will end your night in a beautiful way. Who wants a cookie or brownie when you can have these delights?
Ingredients:
- 4 scoops of blueberry pomegranate sherbet
- 1 cup of blueberries
- ½ cup of pomegranate seeds
- 1 bottle of rosé champagne
Garnish: Use the rest of the blueberries and pomegranate seeds
Instructions:
- Use half of the blueberries and pomegranate seeds to cover the bottom of each serving glass
- Place 1 scoop of sherbet in each serving glass
- Fill serving glasses to the top with champagne
