This drink is insane! I ended up with a ton of green apples from the apple orchard near my parents house and decided to juice them. I know that thought is crazy! Who in their right mind would juice apples for a booze drink? I would! Everyone is juicing now so I thought I should probably get on the bandwagon and juice! It’s healthy right!? Well this beautiful drink is so flavorful because of the fresh green apple juice. When you are juicing for your health start juicing for your booze! It has to be healthier than a pre-mixed cocktail.
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of vodka
- 3 ounces of fresh green apple juice (I juiced 1 large green apple in a juice extractor for the fresh juice)
- 1 ounce of fig simple syrup
- 1/2 cup of ice, extra ice is needed to fill glass
Garnish: Figs
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker combine vodka, fresh green apple juicer, fig simple syrup, and ice
- Shake until chilled and mixed
- Fill glass completely with ice and pour mixture over ice
