Brunchy Spritz Bar

The bar cart always brings the party. Am I right? I am currently obsessed with rolling out this bar cart from Macy’s Hotel Collection at all my parties including this brunchy get together. The best thing about this cart is that guests can make their own spritz cocktails right on the cart and since I always love a good garnish I have included a citrus garnish station. Let’s just say the party is always at my house. What is your favorite way to entertain at home?

Recipe:

  • 1 ounce of bitter aperitif (Suze, Aperol, Campari)
  • 1 ounce of dry vermouth
  • Champagne (to top)

Method:

  1. Stir bitter aperitif and dry vermouth
  2. Strain into Macy’s coupe cocktail glass
  3. Garnish with citrus
