Gin Wasabi Cooler

I am obsessed with this drink partially because it has wasabi! The mint, gin, and wasabi in this drink are amazing together. I was slightly hesitant about adding the wasabi but it made this cocktail. It was not overpowering it gave the exact amount of flavor and heat. This would be the perfect drink to serve at a cookout or a sushi dinner. It has one step and can be made in batches for groups of people. You will look like a creative star if you serve a gin cocktail with wasabi.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of gin
  • 2 teaspoons of agave
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1/8 teaspoon wasabi paste
  • 1 cup ice
  • 9 mint leaves

Garnish: mint leaves

Instructions:

  1. In a blender add ice, mint leaves, agave, gin, lemon juice, and wasabi
  2. Blend mixture and pour into serving glass
  3. Garnish with extra mint leaves
