Over the past few weeks I have been experimenting with Piña Coladas. They are nothing short of boozy perfection in a glass. The taste of pineapple, coconut, and rum will transport you to a tropical beach as soon as you take your first sip. Beyond the basic tasty ingredients there is a plethora of fresh fruits that can be added to enhance this fabulous cocktail.

Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of rum
- 1/2 cup pineapple
- 2 tablespoons of coconut cream
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 teaspoon of agave
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 cup of ice
Garnish: Blueberries and pineapple
Instructions:
- Fill blender with rum, pineapple, coconut cream, agave nectar, blueberries, lime juice and ice
- Blend mixture then pour into serving glass
