World Cocktail Day

This week we celebrated World Cocktail Day and our friends at LaForce sent over these great easy-to-make cocktails from Mount Gay Rum and The Botanist Gin.

, World Cocktail Day

Apple of My Islay

  • The Botanist Gin – 1.5oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice — .75oz
  • Unfiltered Organic Apple Juice – 1oz
  • Honey Water – .5oz
  • Fresh Parsley Tops – 5

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into a chilled Coupe glass. Garnish with Fresh Parsley Tops.

, World Cocktail Day

Airmail

  • Mount Gay Rum Black Barrel – 2 oz.
  • Fresh Lime Juice – .75oz
  • Honey Water (1:1 Honey to Water) – .75oz
  • Mint Sprigs – 7
  • Champagne – 2 oz.

Add Mount Gay Rum Black Barrel, Fresh Lime Juice, Honey Water and Mint Sprigs to cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain into chilled coupe. Top off with Champagne and garnish with Mint Leaf.

On Cloud Nine

  • The Botanist Gin – 1.5oz
  • Almond Milk – 1.5oz
  • Fresh Lemon Juice — .5oz
  • Simple Syrup — .5oz
  • Fresh Mint – 6 Leaves

Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Fine strain over ice into a Rocks glass. Garnish with a Fresh Mint Sprig.

Pining for Rum

  • Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum – 2 oz.
  • Pineapple Juice – 4 oz.
  • Fresh Mint Sprigs – 1-2

Add Mount Gay Black Barrel Rum, ice and top off with pineapple juice in a highball glass. Garnish with Fresh Mint Sprigs.
