Tequila Spiked Watermelon

by James Stevenson

I have recently had a ton of leftover watermelon and I have done everything possible to use it all up; I have turned it into juice and popsicles and everything else under the sun. I eventually decided to soak the watermelon in tequila and put it on a stick for a party that I had this weekend and it was a hit! Furthermore, this took zero time to make; no mixing and no crushing ice, just soak, chill and serve. I used yellow and red watermelon for a fun variety. This is a perfect recipe for an outdoor barbecue or cookout. Start boozing your food and have a fun summer party while doing it!
