Strawberry Moscow Mule Punch

by James Stevenson

I am a huge fan of punches when serving a big crowd. You literally only need a few supplies and then pour everything into a bowl with ice then serve. It is the best entertaining secret that I have for cocktails and parties. Usually for low-key parties I will serve a punch that only needs 3 ingredients booze, sparkling wine, and a sweet juice. This 3-part combination is so easy that it will be ready to go in a blink of the eye. I also add some fresh fruit and edible flowers to make it look very beautiful. For this punch I added a couple more ingredients like the strawberry puree for a more seasonal and fresh flair as well as limeade instead of fresh lime juice for convenience. This recipe has the typical mule ingredients including ginger beer and vodka. Make this easy and fresh punch!

Ingredients:

  • 1-1.5 cups of vodka
  • 1 liter of limeade
  • 2 -12 ounce bottles of ginger beer
  • 1 cup of strawberries, chopped
  • 1 cup of strawberry puree
  • 1/2 bag of ice

Garnish: Mint and edible flowers

Instructions:

  1. To a punch bowl add all ingredients
  2. Stir mixture

Serves: 8-12 depending on serving glass
