Ready to kick it up another notch? Tonight I have decided to make an array of sparkling drinks. When I was planning out what I wanted to make I decided to make several fruit purees that my guest could then add to their champagne. So, my drink offerings tonight will be super simple because you can prepare the purees ahead of time. Upgrade your champagne with this super easy recipe then you will have more time to party with family and friends.
- 1 ounce of fresh strawberry and kiwi puree * (see directions below)
- top off with champagne
Garnish: kiwi slice
- Add 10 strawberries, 2 kiwis, and 1 teaspoon of agave nectar to the blender. Blend mixture until it is in liquid form. Feel free to add water if needed.
- Strain fruit mixture into bowl for storage
- Add 1 ounce of the strawberry/kiwi puree to a champagne flute
- Top with champagne
