Bourbon Cocktail Time! Excited to mix up a delish Strawberry Bourbon Cocktail featuring my fav Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon. Y’all this cocktail is SO GOOD & only has 3 Ingredients. Plus, it’s the perfect sipper for Valentine’s Day!
I love Four Roses Bourbon as it is one of the first bourbons I started drinking because it’s high quality & has a great price point. The Small Batch is very mellow & has a balanced profile which is perfect for sipping neat or in a cocktail!
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Four Roses Small Batch
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- 3/4 oz strawberry syrup (*See recipe below)
Method:
- Add all three ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake to chill and combine ingredients
- Strain into a double old-fashioned glass
- Top with crushed ice
- Garnish with fresh strawberries and mint sprig
*Strawberry Syrup
Ingredients:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan
- Simmer until sugar dissolves
- Remove from heat and cool & let strawberries infuse Strain into vessel
