Remember that time I made a special cocktail for the release of the new Star Wars movie? To celebrate the occasion I created a Star Wars Margarita. This Margarita is a grapefruit Margarita with a spicy rim. The force of this cocktail will awaken you!
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces of tequila
- 3 ounces of grapefruit juice
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 teaspoon of agave or to taste
- 1 cup of ice
Garnish: Rim glass with Tajin
Instructions:
- Add tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave and ice to cocktail shaker
- Rim serving glass with tajin
- Shake mixture then strain into serving glass
