Spicy Honey Paloma

Paloma & Taco pairing, just in time for Cinco de Mayo! I’m excited to show y’all my signature Spicy Honey Paloma I mixed up for Time Out America, featuring the Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit! Time Out has also recommended a taco to pair with my Paloma on their website! I love using the Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit in cocktails because it is so versatile and pairs well with other spirits & in a pinch you can make a DELISH 2-ingredient cocktail. Make sure you try it out especially the next time you make a PALOMA!
, Spicy Honey Paloma
  • 1.5 oz reposado tequila
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce honey syrup
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 grapefruit
  • Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
  1. Combine tequila, honey syrup and lime juice in a cocktail shaker
    Add three slices of jalapeño pepper
  2. Muddle the jalapeño pepper to extract the oils
  3. Add ice to the cocktail shaker
  4. Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
  5. Strain the concoction into a highball glass over fresh ice
  6. Top off the Paloma with Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
  7. Stir the concoction to mix the ingredients
  8. Garnish with grapefruit peel and a few extra slices of jalapeño pepper
