Sparkling Boulevardier

Today I am sharing this bold cocktail, which still has an air of elegance. This cocktail is a twist on the bold, charismatic classic boulevardier, which is then topped with a few ounces of bubbly to give it a little extra hint of elegance. The champagne adds not only an effervescent effect but also a classy ambiance to any party. This cocktail combines CampariMichter’s Bourbon, and sweet vermouth as the base, which is then stirred and then finally topped with bubbles. Michter’s bourbon is great for this cocktail because the Boulevardier fully accentuates the vanilla and stone fruit notes of the Kentucky made bourbon.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ounce of Campari
  • 1 ounce of Michter’s Bourbon
  • 1 ounce of sweet vermouth
  • top with champagne
  • 1 cup of ice

Instructions:

  1. In a glass add Campari, Michter’s Bourbon, sweet vermouth and ice; stir until all ingredients are mixed
  2. Strain mixture into serving glass
  3. Top with champagne
