San Pell Spritz

Happy International Women’s Day! To celebrate today I am sharing this wonderfully elegant and delicious San Pell Spritz, taking the idea of a sparkling cocktail and making it bright and herbal. Beginning with the gin base, bringing some light floral and juniper notes, then building off that with a dash of Monin Lavender Syrup, that is just beautiful. I then kept it simple and topped it off with an effervescent lemon and mint soda to balance everything out. It’s light, fresh and beautiful, what more could you ask for?

Method:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a wine glass full of ice
  2. Stir to chill and mix ingredients
  3. Garnish & Enjoy!
