Raspberry Sorbet Champagne Float

Seattle is having amazing weather so I have been making cocktails with sorbet. Today I am sharing a raspberry sorbet float made with champagne. This is the perfect treat to beat the heat. This is also a easy drink to make just scoop the sorbet into the glass and top with the sparkling wine of your choice. This is perfect for a summer time cocktail as well as for a dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 3-6 scoops of raspberry sorbet
  • 6-8 ounces of champagne

Garnish: flower petals and raspberries

Instructions:

  • Divide scoops of ice cream into two glasses
  • Top with sparkling wine

Yields: 2 servings
