Raspberry Sorbet and Thyme Margarita

Today I am sharing a raspberry margarita made with sorbet. This is the perfect summer margarita and a great way to beat the heat. I love using sorbet to give a frozen margarita more flavor. All you do is put the sorbet, tequila, thyme and lime juice in the blender and you have the perfect day drinking margarita! Do you want a frozen treat? Treat yourself with this boozy tequila margarita for the win!

Ingredients:

  • 3 ounces of tequila
  • 4 scoops of raspberry sorbet
  • 1/2 cup of raspberries
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 1 cup of ice

Garnish:Thyme sprigs

Instructions:

  1. Add tequila, raspberry sorbet, raspberries, lime juice, thyme sprigs, and ice to a blender
  2. Rim glasses with salt and blend mixture
  3. Divide mixture into two serving glasses

Yields: 2 servings
