Raspberry and Rosé French 75

by James Stevenson

One of my favorite cocktails is the classic French 75! It comes to the table with everything I adore: Champagne, gin, and lemon. Today I am sharing a twist on this classic by adding raspberries, rose water, and rosé champagne. I have drawn inspiration for this cocktail from the new book Paris Cocktails that is full of amazing recipes and information about the cocktail movement in Paris. To celebrate the release of this book I created the Raspberry and Rosé French 75. The book can be purchased on the website Girl’s Guide to Paris!
