This may look like your average Moscow Mule but this week we are playing with all senses and have hidden this little gem in plain sight. This is a delicious fruity variation on the classic Mojito instead; I just thought the copper pineapple collection I received in a Robb Vices delivery was an impressive vessel to serve them in.
For a fruity touch I found some raspberries at the store and thought they would bring an awesome balance to the citrus forward classic. With all my ingredients ready I put it together and spent my Sunday afternoon relaxing in the lounge catching with some old friends.
- 1.5 ounces white rum
- 1 ounce lime juice
- 5 fresh raspberries
- 5 leaves of mint
- 1 tea spoon of palm sugar
- 1 cup of cubed ice
- 1 cup of crushed ice
- Combine all ingredients except for the crushed ice in a shaker
- Shake to combine and chill ingredients
- Strain into copper vessel over crushed ice
