EPIC Berry Bourbon Cocktails coming to you all summer long! This Raspberry Lemon Supreme, made with Early Times Bottled-in-Bond, is so tasty and perfect for summer parties. Whether you’re entertaining friends or family, this concoction is going to stand out for sure, as it’s so fresh and citrusy, yet so rich and elegant, much like my boyfriend 😉
Mixing the fresh raspberries into the mixture with lemon juice brought a slight sweetness along with a great citrus element that paired perfectly with Early Times Bourbon. Yet, we still needed to add in some simple syrup to bring some balance to the cocktail, so we found a ginger syrup to take it to the next level. By adding in the ginger syrup, we further balanced the cocktail and complimented the flavors already in it.
- 2 ounces Early Times Bottled-in-Bond
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ½ ounce ginger syrup
- 4-5 fresh raspberries
- Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake to chill
- Fine strain into a cocktail glass over fresh ice
- Garnish & Enjoy!
