Raspberry and Jalapeño Margarita

After the weather we have been having in Seattle it is time to break out the Margaritas; I simply love having parties with tacos and Margaritas! It is so easy, fun and festive! Today I am sharing a raspberry and jalapeño Margarita that is spicy and tangy. Raspberries aren’t overly sweet so they are the perfect combination with the spicy jalapeños. Also, tequila is so good with a spicy component.

Ingredients:

Garnish: Raspberries

Instructions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker combine Blue Nectar Reposado Special Reserve, jalapeños, raspberries, lime juice, agave and ice
  2. Rim the serving glass with salt
  3. Shake mixture for 20 seconds and pour mixture into serving glass
