Pomegranate Mule Punch

by James Stevenson

With thanksgiving just around the corner I’m loading up on simple recipes to help assist in entertaining and get everyone through the day/evening. This Pomegranate Mile Punch with NOLET’S Gin is a great option because it is so simple to make and once you batch it up you don’t have to bartend all evening; just sit back and everyone can serve themselves as they wish. I had enjoyed a few Pomegranate Mules with friends one evening and they were such a hit I wanted to serve them at my next party but although it is an easy cocktail I wanted to make it even easier. This is why the punch is such a great idea for entertaining a large group of people, you just put it together and relax.

Recipe:

  • 1 bottle of NOLET’S gin
  • 20 ounces of ginger beer
  • 1 cup of lime juice
  • ½ cup pomegranate syrup (Monin)
  • 1 lime (sliced)
  • Rosemary sprigs
  • Pomegranate seeds

Method:

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a punch bowl
  2. Fill the punch bowl with ice
  3. Stir to mix everything together
  4. Garnish with lime slices, rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds
