With St. Patrick’s Day coming up I wanted to make something super delicious yet simple and this Pistachio Daiquiri checks all the boxes. I didn’t have to play around too much with the traditional recipe or even the method but instead found a delicious Monin pistachio syrup and simply swapped it in for the standard plain sugar syrup. It really makes the drink pop but most of all tastes absolutely delicious.
- 2 ounces rum
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- ¾ ounce Monin Pistachio Syrup
- Combine all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice
- Shake hard to chill and combine ingredients
- Fine strain into a cocktail coupe
- Garnish & Enjoy
