Pineapple Grenadine Gimlet

by James Stevenson

The heat is finally here, so we are ready for gimlet season, and we are kicking it off with this delicious Pineapple Grenadine Gimlet. The original gimlet was concocted with some old school sweet lime juice, hence the addition of grenadine to bring balance to this modern adaptation. The subtle flavor from the pineapple that infuses into the cocktail works deliciously with the all-natural pomegranates and cherries found in the Master of Mixes Grenadine Syrup. The addition of cherries in the grenadine gives this cocktail a great fresh flavor that sets it apart.
