Pecan & Coconut Mojito

Today I am pairing one of my favorite flavors, which is coconut with rum! I have also made pecan simple syrup to fancy this cocktail up with festive flavor. The best part of this cocktail is the side dessert; the coconut macaroon. Have your own sweet happy hour and pair your favorite cocktail with your favorite cookie!

, Pecan & Coconut Mojito


  • 2 ounces of rum
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 3 ounces of coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons of pecan simple syrup
  • 8 mint leaves broken up
  • Club soda for top off
  • 1 cup of ice

Garnish: Mint leaves with sprinkled powdered sugar


  1. Fill cocktail shaker with lime juice, coconut cream, pecan simple syrup, and mint leaves
  2. Muddle mixture until ingredients are married together
  3. Strain mixture then stir in rum
  4. Rim serving glass with powdered sugar then fill serving glass with ice
  5. Add mixture to serving glass and top off with club soda
  6. Pour mixture into serving glass
  7. Garnish with mint leaves with sprinkled powdered sugar
