Glow Mimosa

Make Your Sunday Spring Brunch Glow Spring has arrived and with it comes the beautiful aromas and colors of fresh fruits, flowers and the new Viniq Glow. I invited my girlfriends to a Sunday Brunch where we could celebrate the beginning of my favorite season while showcasing the best it has to offer. I began with a colorful spread of flowers and fruits that were accompanied with home baked goodies filled with delicious seasonal herbs from my garden. With the edible part of the brunch prepared, I sat down to think about the perfect cocktail recipe to match. I decided to create a simple Glow Mimosa in honor of the launch of the new Viniq Glow.

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces of Viniq Glow
  • 1/2 ounce of orange juice
  • 3 ounces of Prosecco

Instructions:

  • Add all chilled ingredients to serving glass and stir
  • Garnish with edible flowers
