Each drink has the perfect refreshing taste with flavors to honor summer and transition to autumn like the Palisade Tailgater featuring Dickel Bourbon and lemon juice, or the Mary Met Dickel for those early kick offs!
Palisade Tailgater
- 2 oz Dickel Bourbon
- 0.5 oz Lager Beer Syrup (2 parts cane sugar: 1 part beer)
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.25 oz Rothman & Winter Peach Liqueur
Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a rocks glass packed with crushed ice; garnish with several fresh slices of peach
Mary Met Dickel
- 2 oz Dickel Bourbon
- 6 oz Bloody Mary Base
- Add ingredients to a shaker and gently toss/roll over ice between two shaker tins; garnish with your favorite Bloody Mary garnish such as olives, pickles, herbs, citrus, bacon, or Nashville Hot Chicken
Bloody Mary Base
- 3 cups Tomato juice
- 0.25 cup Horseradish
- 0.25 cup Lemon Juice
- Salt (to taste)
- Black Pepper (to taste)
- Smoked Paprika (to taste)
- Hot Sauce (to taste)
