Cocktails with Camus

by James Stevenson

I have a number of favorite cognac’s, it really depends on my mood, however, I love always having a bottle (or 2) of the Camus Intensely Aromatic series. In my opinion, it’s the use of a very special spirit cutting process straight out of the still that is the most important part of this intensely aromatic series. Of course, that isn’t the only difference in the process, but for more information about that, I highly recommend checking it out on the Camus website, where they’ll have a lot more information about the entire process for you. For now, you should get yourself a bottle, taste it neat, then mix up the following classic variations.
