, Cocktails from the Four Seasons Resort in Nam HaiBirds Nest

The Birds Nest cocktail is a light and fresh drink, with mandarin flavors and sweet tropical notes. All aspects of inspiration stem from a bird, using Grey Goose Vodka to Salanganes water – topped with the unique homemade brine with Vietnamese vinegars and 5 spice salt.

, Cocktails from the Four Seasons Resort in Nam HaiGinger Splash

For those looking to skip the booze and enjoy an amazing mocktail, look no further. The Ginger Splash remains a crowd favorite among many guests due to its clean, sweet and minty tasty – all pulled directly from The Nam Hai’s onsite garden.

  • 1.5 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 15ml Ginger Juice
  • 2 Small Lime Wedges
  • 8 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Fill up to the top with Ginger Beer

, Cocktails from the Four Seasons Resort in Nam HaiPho

This cocktail is inspired by Vietnam’s national food “Pho,” a Vietnamese soup, made from beef stock and spices with noodles and meat. Don’t let the name fool you, the cocktail is a lighter beverage, with a kick of herb and spices. Together with the fresh lime juice, it is full and rich in flavor, bringing you the same comfort of the famous dish. Uniquely served in the same way you would consume a bowl of Pho.

  • 0.5 oz Cointreau
  • 1.5 oz Tanqueray Gin
  • 0.5 oz Pho Syrup
  • 0.5 oz Lime Juice
  • 8 Basil Leaves
  • 10 Short Coconut Noodles
  • 5 pieces of Dry Beef

Tea Time

The Tea Time cocktail is a brandy and tea-based drink. A perfect combination of sweet and savory – made with peach liquor, a mild nutty taste from the pistachio syrup, and just a touch of a deeper flavor from the mirin. Tea Time can be consumed at any time.
