I love the classic Negroni because it is equal parts of gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth. My other favorite drink is a glass of bubbles. I decided to combine the classic Negroni with champagne to make it sparkle even more than it already does. Top your Negroni with some bubbles and upgrade your party!
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce of gin
- 1 ounce of Campari
- 1ounce of sweet vermouth
- top with champagne
- 1/2 cup of ice
Garnish: orange slice
Instructions:
- In a shaker add gin, Campari, vermouth and ice
- Shake mixture for 20 seconds
- Strain mixture into serving glass and top with champagne
