The Honey Harvest

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 2oz.
  • Fresh Lime Juice – 1 oz.
  • Sweet Vermouth – .75 oz.
  • Rosemary Honey Syrup – .5 oz.
  • Fresh Rosemary – 5 sprigs

Method:

  1. Combine The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lime Juice, Sweet Vermouth and Rosemary Honey Syrup in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into highball glass with ice
  4. Garnish with Rosemary Sprigs

Rosemary Honey Syrup:

  1. Combine 1/2 cup of fresh honey and 4 rosemary sprigs in a small pot
  2. Add 1/2 cup of hot water, cover and steep for 10 minutes

Not Your Mama’s Sweet Tea

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 2 oz.
  • Fresh Lemon – 1 oz.
  • Maple Syrup – .25 oz.
  • Sweet Tea – 2 oz.
  • White Wine Aperitif – .5 oz.

Directions:

  1. Combine The Botanist Gin, Fresh Lemon Juice, Maple Syrup, Sweet Tea and White Wine Aperitif in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into highball glass over ice
  4. Garnish with lemon wheels

Smoke Show

Ingredients:

  • The Botanist Gin – 2 oz.
  • Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice – 1oz.
  • Ginger Syrup – 1 oz.
  • Mezcal – .25 oz.
  • Orange Bitters – 4 drops
  • Pickled Ginger – 1 piece

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
  2. Add ice and shake
  3. Strain into a coupe glass
  4. Garnish with pickled ginger
