Berry Citrus Paloma

by James Stevenson

As Spring is finally here and the weather gets warmer I’m thinking of a Mexican escape and one of my favorite cocktails is the Paloma. This seasonal twist on a traditional Paloma brings all the wonderful fresh fruits of spring together in a delicious cocktail with some wonderful citrus zest and earthy tequila. The addition of the Zevia Grapefruit Citrus brings a great balance to the cocktail with the dry soda working with the fresh fruits and juices in harmony. The best part is that Zevia is sugar free so it doesn’t overpower all the natural sugars in the fruits.
