Las Vegas is all about the experiences and one of the greatest experiences for me was getting together with the Aria Hotel and Casino master mixologist Daniel Marohnic at their beautiful Sage Restaurant to learn all about the cocktail program and how to make the signature Barrel Stave cocktail. This weekend was so amazing and spending our New Year’s #LiveFromVegas was a once in a lifetime experience.
- 2 oz Aged Brazilian Cachaça
- .75 oz Crème De Banana
- .25 oz Walnut Liqueur
- 3 Dashes of Chocolate bitters
- Combine all in mixing glass, stir, smoke a barrel stave and cover with old fashioned glass to catch smoke
- Release smoke and pour cocktail into smoked rocks glass
