Aperol Gin Sour

Today I am sharing a lovely spring cocktail to start off the week. I am so excited for warmer weather and fun cocktails. I am also excited to bring out the Aperol! I am still obsessed with this spirit and making unique cocktails to highlight the amazing sweet flavor! When I say obsessed I mean I cannot live without Aperol! This is why I am sharing my first Aperol cocktail of the year with you today because it will help you get over the case of the Monday’s. This recipe is simple it has Aperol, gin, lemon juice, egg white, and agave. Shake it up strain and enjoy! Cheers to fun spring cocktails!

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 ounces of Aperol
  • 1.5 ounces of gin
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon of agave
  • 1 cup of ice

Garnish: Edible Flower

Instructions:

  1. Add Aperol, Gin, lemon juice, egg white and agave to cocktail shaker
  2. Shake for 20 seconds then fill cocktail shaker ice
  3. Shake mixture then strain into serving glass
