The next Plymouth Bracket Cocktail I am sharing is the Classic Plymouth Gin Sour. I feel like I have been missing out by not making or ordering this gem of a cocktail. The citrus and gin are perfectly balanced and make this cocktail a star.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces of Plymouth Gin
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 ounce of simple syrup
- 1 cup of ice
Garnish: Lemon peel
Instructions:
- Add Plymouth Gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup to cocktail shaker
- Fill cocktail shaker ice
- Shake mixture then strain into serving glass
