This drink is a blackberry and bourbon concoction that will blow your mind! it is very simple to make and the lemons in the glass make the presentation divine! I am calling it a shot because it is pretty strong and could pass as one.
This would be a great drink for a crowd because it can be made in batches and poured as a shot if you didn’t want to deal with all the lemon decor in the glass. I highly recommend you make this drink or actually serve it as shots when your friends are around!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of bourbon
- 1 lemon-1/2 juiced and ½ cut into 4 slices
- 1 teaspoon of agave
- 6 blackberries one for the garnish
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 big block ice cube
Garnish: blackberry
Instructions:
- Place lemon slices on the inside of the serving glass and add big ice cube
- In a large glass muddle 1 cup of ice with agave, 5 blackberries, and lemon juice
- Add bourbon to muddled mixture and stir
- Strain muddled mixture into serving glass
