We don’t get to NYC often unfortunately but this week we happen to be in town for the summer kick off at Le Grill de Joël Robuchon for their Apéritif Hour; and it was delicious!

After our recent trip to France we are always open to a great Apéritif Hour and we even chased a few of them in Italy but the beef sliders and salmon tartare were the highlight of the evening here and paired absolutely deliciously with the Veuve Clicquot.
