I have been running around like a crazy woman trying to plan the perfect party this weekend. I want to serve some creative sparkling cocktails that everyone will love. I am planning a sparkling fiesta with Sparkling Strawberry Margaritas and fun Mexican food. One of the cocktails that I am making is this Sparkling Strawberry Margarita. Wow this cocktail is so good and has absolutely everything I love. Margarita plus champagne you really cannot go wrong!
Ingredients:
- 1.5 ounces of Patrón Tequila
- 1 ounce of fresh strawberry puree
- 1 ounce of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of agave or to taste
- top off with champagne
- 1/2 cup of ice
Garnish: lime slice and rimmed glass with salt
Instructions:
- Add tequila, strawberry puree, lime juice, agave, and ice to cocktail shaker
- Rim serving glass with salt
- Shake mixture then strain into serving glass and top with champagne
