With Thanksgiving just around the corner we have created this recipe to give thanks to one of our favorite classic cocktails, the Bramble. Traditionally served in a rocks glass we decided to elevate this cocktail and give it a little more elegance by putting it in these beautiful hand crafted champagne flutes from Maison Numen. With the traditional thanksgiving being a decadent feast with savory and spicy flavors all around we decided to replicate these things into the Bramble by first making a spiced cranberry simple syrup to tantalize your senses with wonderful notes very reminiscent of Thanksgiving dinner with the family. In the cocktail alongside the syrup we also balanced it with a touch of lemon juice and because I used to love watching my mom baste the turkey with orange juice to make the skin extra crispy and of course tasty, I added in some orange liqueur to finish it off.
