Mezcal Margarita Punch

As we are starting to get into the holiday season where people are hosting holiday parties and brunch gatherings I decided to make another punch to make entertaining easier. I have quite a bit of mezcal laving around after my most recent visit to Oaxaca and it works great in a punch. I love mezcal margaritas and with this punch I just used that base and made it larger with the addition of Monin Pomegranate Syrup to keep with the festive theme. Once I put it together I wanted to lengthen it some without losing the great taste and that’s where the prosecco came in. It does such a great job of lengthening the punch while keeping the flavors well balanced.

  • 6 ounces Mezcal
  • 2 ounces Cointreau
  • 4 ounces Monin Pomegranate Syrup
  • 8 ounces lime juice
  • 10 ounces Prosecco

  1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail pitcher with ice
  2. Stir to chill and combine ingredients
  3. Serve into individual glasses with salt rim
  4. Enjoy!
