Carrot and Orange Moscow Mule

Today I am sharing a fun spin on the classic Moscow Mule cocktail. Moscow Mules are so popular right now you will almost always find one on the menu at your local bar. I love them because I love ginger beer and the fresh taste. In this Easter Bunny inspired Moscow Mule I have added carrot orange juice to the mix. Carrot goes really well with ginger so the addition of something semi “healthy” added a bit more flavor than the traditional Moscow Mule offers. This is my favorite version so far and is very festive for brunch, day drinking, or cocktail hour. What is your favorite Moscow Mule Recipe?

Recipe: Carrot and Orange Moscow Mule

Ingredients

  • 1.5 ounces of vodka
  • 1 ounce of carrot orange juice
  • 1/2 bottle of ginger beer
  • 1 squeeze of lime juice
  • 1/2 to 1 cup crushed ice

Garnish: Carrot slices

Instructions:

  • To serving glass add ice, carrot orange juice, lime juice, and vodka
  • Stir mixture
  • Top with ginger beer

Serves:1

Cheers!
